Pawn Shop FAQ: Loans
You bring in an item and photo ID, we make you a pawn loan offer, and you leave with cash. Your item is stored securely. Repay the loan plus the fee within [LOAN TERM] and you get your item back. If you choose not to repay, we keep the item and you owe nothing more.
No. The loan is secured by your item, so your credit history doesn’t matter and nothing is reported to credit bureaus.
[ONE OR TWO SENTENCES ON WHETHER YOU OFFER EXTENSIONS OR RENEWALS AND HOW]. If the loan isn’t repaid or renewed, the item becomes ours to sell and your debt is cleared.
Yes. Online payments are available through the Pawn Payments page.
Yes. Pawned items are tagged, logged, and kept in secure storage, and they are not put out for sale while your loan is active.
Payments can be made by anyone with your ticket number. Anyone can pick up the item with the pawn ticket; photo ID is only required if the ticket has been lost.

Gold, silver, and platinum jewellery, tools, game consoles, TVs, laptops, phones, musical instruments, watches, coins, collectibles, bikes, and sporting goods. If it has resale value and works, bring it in.
Yes. We buy gold, silver, platinum, coins, and jewellery in any condition, tested and weighed in front of you.
If you want it back, pawn it. If you don’t, selling usually gets you a higher amount. We’ll give you both numbers so you can decide.
Yes. Put a deposit on any item from the sales floor and pay it off over time. Ask in store for details.
Yes, for higher-value items. We display and sell the item for you and take a percentage of the sale price. Ask us about which items qualify.
It depends on the item’s condition, demand, and resale value. Gold and silver are priced by purity, weight, and the day’s market price. Bring it in for a free, no-obligation quote.
We buy broken gold and silver jewellery at metal value. Electronics and tools generally need to be in working condition.

Pawn Shop FAQ: Visiting the Store
Government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, or provincial ID card) is required by Ontario law for every loan or purchase.
